A day full of sincere moments
How do we manage to make each experience unique with every new couple?
The foundation of creating an authentic wedding film, both for the couples we work with and for us personally, lies in a well-thought-out plan that is followed meticulously.
From the first message/email/phone call to the moment the wedding film is completed and sent to the new family, there is a lot of work for us, Alin and Ana. Especially for Alin.
The most important stage that significantly contributes to the final film is the pre-wedding video session. During this session, we get to know each other and capture you as you truly are, which makes every film unique.
Our habit is to arrive about an hour before the event starts, to familiarize ourselves with all the details that may be useful to us, such as the close family members of the couple, the location of the facilities, and to capture a few shots of the venue. We follow the same approach at every place we visit on the wedding day.
How do we manage to film those natural and authentic moments?
There will be moments when it will seem like we are not very close to you to capture certain details, but on the contrary, the equipment and lenses we use allow us to be at a greater distance and capture every detail individually.
Sometimes, you will see us hidden or not exactly near you, but don’t worry, we do this so that our presence isn’t felt and we don’t intimidate the guests or even yourselves.
We are aware that people usually become uncomfortable when they realise that they are being filmed, which is why we prefer to stay farther away or even hidden at times. We want to capture you as naturally and beautifully as possible, with sincere emotions and perhaps a little awkwardness. We do the same with your guests. This is the only way we can capture the most transparent and sincere expressions, and later create an authentic wedding film.
How can we capture the key moments of the day?
There will be moments when what you have to say will be extremely important, and we will want to capture them as best as possible. That’s why, before these moments, we will install a small microphone that will help us obtain the clearest sound.
In order to create an authentic wedding film, Alin will use some of these parts during the editing process, as they will add value to the final result. We will try to do the same with the priest or the person officiating the ceremony. Don’t worry, as soon as the moment is over, the microphone will be removed.
The truth is, you can’t be everywhere on your wedding day, but we have that ability. It is our duty to capture all the moments that you won’t notice, so that later you can enjoy them in the comfort of your home once the final film is ready.
How can you help us?
Being as relaxed as possible and fully enjoying that day, be the bride and groom, and we will do our best to capture these moments. Also, you can help us during the event by allowing us to randomly select a few people and conduct a short ‘interview’—helping us create an authentic wedding film.
It would be very helpful if you could inform your close ones about this, hoping we will find a few willing and brave individuals who will speak in front of the camera for a few minutes.

The final editing usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the season. If it’s a busier period, we will inform you from the start.
02. What additional costs could arise?
Additional costs may arise for overtime, drone filming, transportation, or accommodation if the wedding takes place at a remote location. We discuss all these details in advance to ensure everything is clear.
03. Will you collaborate with our photographer?
Absolutely! Collaborating with the photographer is essential to ensure that we capture the moments from the best angles, without getting in the way. We like to establish open communication with the photographer for an efficient collaboration.
04. What does your service package include?
Our packages cover the entire day’s filming, from preparations to the party, and include various options such as a pre-wedding video session. With the material we film, we can create a highlight video of the day, ranging from 3 to 15 minutes, short 1-minute clips ideal for social media, and the full wedding version, with a duration between 10 minutes up to 1 hour. The packages are flexible and can be adapted to everyone’s preferences.
